YogaMate USA opened its first studio in Chelsea, New York, in 2022. Since then we have expanded to Miami and Los Angeles, serving thousands of students across all three cities.
Yoga is a practice, not a performance. Our classes are designed so that a complete beginner and an experienced practitioner can share the same room and both leave feeling challenged and supported.
Every YogaMate instructor holds at minimum a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification, with many holding RYT-500 and speciality credentials in prenatal, restorative and trauma-informed yoga.
